May 27, 2006 - Ten Pack Distribution, in partnership with Muskoka Woods Camp is pleased to announce the Ten Pack Am presented by Muskoka Woods Camp, Canada's biggest amateur only park contest. The competition will take place on June 17-18, 2006 at Muskoka Woods Camp, on the 'Slam Ten' course, with some new elements being added that will remain at the camp after the contest.
"I've wanted to put on a big amateur contest for years, and now thanks to Muskoka Woods coming on board it's finally going to happen." Says Miron. "For the first time, this contest will put amateurs on center stage and give them a place to get their name out there."
Muskoka Woods Camp is located on 1100 acres in Rosseau, Ontario, about two hours northwest of Toronto. "We are very pleased to have the honour of presenting the Ten Pack Am at Muskoka Woods, Canada's Action Sports Camp. Working together with Jay Miron of Ten Pack Distribution and the organizers of the Metro Jam, we're able to provide a quality event for amateur riders, and Muskoka Woods continues to strengthen its reputation as the leading facility for action sports in Canada" states Paul Clarke of Muskoka Woods.
Four area bike shops will have booths set up on-site selling all the latest gear. MacNeil Bikes will have Dave Freimuth, Tony Mortensen, Australian rider Kym Grosser, and Jay Miron in attendance. The MacNeil riders will be joined by several other pro riders from Animal, Kink, FBM, Little Devil, Orchid Footwear and Ten Pack team to help judge and ride throughout the weekend.
Sign-ups starts Monday, May 29th, 2006 and we'll be running both an Open and Expert class, with an age division split. We're allowing a 200 rider maximum, however that works out when split out into the following classes. Prizes for all classes are provided by Ten Pack Distribution and Muskoka Woods Camp.

Sign-up Info:
All sign-ups will be handled by Ten Pack Distribution, by phone at (604) 421-2229 starting this Monday. Your pre-registration sign-up will only hold your spot for the contest, no payment info will be taken at that time. Pay cash only when you check in on-site. Entrance fee is $30.00, non-refundable. Pre-registration sign-ups at Ten Pack will end June 13, and if there's still any spots left, you'll be able to sign up on the spot. hey les boys. semblerais que vous avez de la trail pas pire dans le coin. bin sa adonne que nous aussi. sa vous tente tu qu'on organise un genre de "dirt jam series" ...genre un jam a la trail a jim, un a beauport, un a charny (surement la meme fin de semaine pour beauport et charny cé a coté)...pis votre trail si est en shape. entk laissé moi des news. nous autres on dois bin etre aveuille d'allé vous visitez la.
